Permanent Scatter Site Housing
Comunilife provides 1107 units of permanent scatter site housing for New Yorkers, many of whom were homeless,
living with special needs who have developed the skills to live with the greatest degree of independence.
With funding from NYS Office of Mental Health, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and NYC Human Resources
Administration, clients receive case management services ensuring that they maintain the skills necessary to remain
stably housed and active and positive members of their community. Comunilife’s scatter site housing programs are located
in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.
