Understanding that finding an affordable place to live is becoming more and more difficult, Comunilife is
committed to increasing the number of apartments available to low-income individuals and families.
Comunilife currently offers 790 studio and two-bedroom apartments in the Bronx and Brooklyn. 334 of the apartments
are located in stand alone residences and 256 apartments are co-located in residences that also have
supportive housing units.
