FILE 04.A

More than a roof, a real chance to rebuild.

Comunilife believes housing is a social determinant of health. Without a safe, affordable, secure place to live, it is impossible to fully overcome health and social issues. Since 1992, we’ve built a continuum of 3,107 units across the Bronx and Brooklyn — surrounding every resident with the services and encouragement they need to stay housed.

§ 01Why

Shelter First, Everything Else Follows

For New Yorkers who have experienced homelessness or long-term hospitalizations, stable housing is often the first step toward a safer, healthier future. We believe that no one should return to homelessness simply because they lacked the supportive foundation to succeed.

Comunilife meets people where they are. We surround each resident with the services, care, and encouragement they need to stay housed and move forward with confidence. Our goal is simple but profound: to equip every individual with the tools and stability they need to live independently and fully participate in the community they call home.
