Health and housing
are human rights.

Comunilife provides housing and culturally responsive supportive services that empower vulnerable New Yorkers — those experiencing homelessness, living with HIV/AIDS or mental illness, and at-risk teens — to live healthy, meaningful lives.

§ 01 – Welcome to Comunilife

Hope, healing,
and a home.

At Comunilife, we believe that health and housing are human rights. Every day, we provide housing and culturally responsive supportive services that empower vulnerable New Yorkers to live healthy, meaningful lives.

In 2025 alone, we served more than 4,000 people — offering hope and a path forward through supportive and affordable housing, our Medical Respite Program, and suicide prevention initiatives for at-risk teens.

§ 02 – What we do

Four pillars of care,
rooted in community.

Comunilife meets people where they are — with housing, mental health, suicide prevention, and care coordination delivered in their language and shaped by their culture.
