Permanent supported housing offers our clients the highest level of independent living while providing a core scope of services that allow them to maintain their independence and avoid returning to homelessness. The 455 unit supported program is available to adults and families with a diagnosed mental illness.

Clients receive care management assistance and linkages to community resources. The program provides long-term housing stability to adults and families with more than 80% remaining in their apartments for an average of 12 years. 40% of the tenants are employed on a part- or full-time basis; more than 98% contribute 30% of their income towards their rent.
