Comunilife is the leading and largest provider of housing for New York City residents with HIV/AIDS. Our housing is successful because it is accompanied by appropriate care management, with the goal of giving our clients the tools necessary to live independently.
Transitional Housing is an emergency housing program for homeless individuals living with HIV/AIDS; we offer care management, meals, and access to healthcare and rehabilitation services.
Congregate Housing is permanent housing that provides meals, on-site social services, care coordination, and access to health and rehabilitative care for homeless people living with HIV/AIDS. All residential buildings include studio apartments, laundry facilities and a common dining/recreation area.
Scatter Site Housing leases 418 apartments in the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn for homeless people living with HIV/AIDS. This permanent housing program provides care coordination and access to medical, mental health, substance abuse and other social services.
